Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update for our customers

Dear Customer, Following confirmation of cases of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the United Kingdom this week, we would like to update our valued customers on Durbin preparations in relation to the situation. While the immediate health risk from COVID-19 (coronavirus) is still considered low to moderate, the UK Chief Medical Officers and Public Health England (PHE) have issued guidance and Durbin is monitoring the situation closely. We are working hard to safeguard the wellbeing of our employees and ensure continuity of supply. We are following guidance from the UK Chief Medical Officers and PHE in relation to prevention and safeguarding our staff, partners and customers. We continue to operate as usual and expect normal service levels to continue, while we remain in the containment phase. We are currently refining our Business Continuity plans and honing our ability to respond in the event of a widespread outbreak. We will keep you updated regularly as the situation progresses.
