    Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update for our customers & suppliers

    There continues to be a lot of rapidly developing information and uncertainty relating to the COVID-19 outbreak around the world. Durbin’s current stance is that we are taking a position of ‘business as usual with caveats’ and that these caveats continue to evolve on a daily basis.

    Ensuring that medicines reach patients without disruption remains our number one priority.

    Our internal response team continues to meet weekly to assess all external and internal implications. Almost all of our office-based workforce (across all locations globally) are working remotely and we have provided all the necessary equipment, network access and additional tools to ensure that our employees are able to carry on with their daily activities without interruption.

    Our warehouses remain open and operational so we can continue to receive and dispatch products as usual. Durbin’s main telephone number functions as normal but we do advise to use email where possible while staff are working remotely.

    Durbin remains committed to ensuring that we maintain business continuity and full functionality as long as regional guidance and advice permits.

    We recognise that this is a difficult time for everyone but please be assured that we will take all reasonable actions to ensure that patients have access to medicines without disruption.
