    Customer Satisfaction Survey

    Durbin is delighted to announce that Jeanette Larsson of Sweden was the lucky winner of the Kindle e-book reader in our prize draw for our International Sales customers who returned our ‘customer satisfaction’ survey.

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed towards our survey. Almost 150 surveys were returned which enabled us to gain a good insight into customers’ views on our services.

    We are pleased to report that a large number of our customers are happy with the service Durbin provides. Over 80% of our customers agreed that Durbin provides them with a first class customer service, and over 70% were in agreement that Durbin provides them with a fast, reliable and robust product delivery service. In addition, we received great feedback in areas such as providing high quality products and giving consistently competitive prices which are all of great importance to us.

    The survey also enabled us to analyse where customers would like to see an improvement, with the main area being that we should improve on the amount of promotional product offers we have. We will of course take this into account and try to offer these on a more regular basis.
