EAMS - a good step forward

Durbin has welcomed the MHRA's new Early Access to Medicines Scheme.
Durbin’s Head of Quality and Regulatory, Philip O’Reilly MRPharmS says: "The proposals that have been launched by the DoH and MHRA are a welcome step forward in the provision of life saving therapies for patients in need. We are looking forward to further clarification on how these schemes will impact smaller companies and the provision of unlicensed medications outside these schemes. We welcome the UK Government’s willingness to engage positively with the industry and look forward to this continuing.”
